    any idea if this works in India. From what i hear a lot of the Alexa Skills dont work locally. Would have loved to buy it, but the "skills" issue is holding me back. Wish you all the best with the sale.

    If its a WD black it should have 5 years of warranty. If it is out of warranty, i wouldn't store mission critical data on it due to the reliability of it.

    RMA the drive. It will only get worse with use. Trust me, i RMA'd a bunch of these for exactly this reason
