I am assuming you got 2.5g on pc with help of pcie card as well? Just connect them directly. The other port on pc and nas can be used to connected to router/switch.
I know these are common. I bought 2 for 1150 with discount for old ones today. I was checking if there any brands that are better than others. But I guess that would cost double the price, costing closer to cost of UPS I purchased few yrs back.
Keep invoice as well for warrenty, if device is full dead then invoice is required. Here Australian invoice would be mandatory if device stops booting at all.
My Android phone can also do ssh coding and rdp. And we are talking about iPhone here. Non plus/max screen is so small for these things you have mentioned. There is no USP of a standalone iPhone imo. Apart from camera which again if you buy s23 or up Android will be very similar.

There are plenty of things that iPhone just can't do and you'll need to open up your computer. Whereas in Android you can do the same thing easily. Hell you can't even transfer simple files from iPhone to other devices easily. What job done. Your wife must be very basic user.
