    Raspberry Pi as a router

I dont have any experience with ceiling mounted APs. I would advise to try re-puposing the existing routers as AP and see if they are good enough. If not try to get pre-owned stuff in reasonably good condition. Instead of getting a high cost single router / AP, buy 2 or 3 and place them...

    Raspberry Pi as a router

The same reason forced me to try out this setup You can very well do it without usb adapters if you have vlan capable switch. In typical home network you are not likely to reach the point of bandwidth bottleneck. Even if you do, you can move the interface to a usb adapter then without major...

help me build most secured Home Network to last a decade.

ER-lite has Cavium propreitary offload and it is not supported under Openwrt. You can use software flow offloading though. As per the benchmarks available it should be able to do 400 Mbps symmetric without issues if you are not doing QoS. The ERx is based on MT7621 and hardware offloading...

Two remote office ,Single tally server

I had done L2 extension with Mikrotik EoIP over L2TP/IPSec for such a case and it is not something that I would consider a success. For unknown reasons file transfers across the EoIP tunnel is fast but Tally is abysmally slow for normal use.

The Jio Fiber router doesn't have WiFI ? What is the Asus RT-AC58U for ? If extending the range is the purpose, you should set the Asus RT-AC58U to "Access Point" mode and connect a Cat 6 cable from the LAN port of Jio Fiber router to the LAN port of the Asus RT-AC58U. You should try placing...
