CSGo has indian servers and pings i have seen on ACT and my current ISP is pretty good. I have faced lesser lags in CS than any game. (playing overwatch, BF3, BF4, COD:AW, Blacklight:R, Planetside)

Welcome to the world of online fps. The same thing for matchmaking in CS:Go too. Best to find a group of friends to play with and join together with them. Atleast looses will not feel so bad.

Looks a lot different to division. This doesnt seem to have the rpg elements and it does have good amount of focus on the team communicating. But again it can be division in the sense, it would be the same monotonous shit again and again mission after mission. But that is again the issue...
