You can get the Intel cards working under macOS, thanks to the OpenIntelWireless project. However, the performance and usability are still inferior than the native/third party Broadcom-based cards. There's no love for any MediaTek Wi-Fi+BT chipset, so avoid them altogether for your hackintosh.
