AMD motherboard MSI B550m Mortar WiFi comes with AX200 or AX201 installed. So, they should work with AMD. Also, where did you get the from? Unable to find a good source/website to purchase wifi cards.
 
Would love to buy this but these are proprietary Intel cards won't work in a generic PCIE card or AMD motherboards , the equivalent for this is ax200 or you can go for wifi 6e ie ax210 kudos to OP for mentioning that
