I use LG 22 MP55HQ & I like it. 22 MP56HQ is also flicker safe. All new monitor models from LG are flicker safe - means PWM free. Not only LG, latest models from Dell are also PWM free.

Get AOC 23" 3d TV if it has a 1920x1080px resolution. It should work fine as PC monitor also. A 27 inch PC monitor should have at least 1440p to look good. The 3D feature is a gimmick. You will hate it after some time.

Go for Dell or LG. Both have 3 years warranty, are cheaper and have better service. If you think reflection will be an issue, get LG 22 MP55HQ which has anti reflective coating. Otherwise get Dell S2240L. I am using an LG MP55HQ now.

I have LG 22 MP55HQ. It has good picture quality & matte finish. I work more than 8hrs a day in front of this monitor. LG 22 MP55HQ has one more advantage - This is a PWM free monitor, which will cause lesser eye strain compared to normal LED moniors.

22" vs 23" won't make a noticeable difference. I would suggest you to get 22MP55HQ which I am using right now. I bought it for 9.2k. It has AH-IPS panel & has good picture quality. I don't know about panel type &pq of other models. EA53 is an older model. MPxx are the latest models.

HP has 20 inch IPS monitor - HP 20fi. It was available in Flipkart. At the same price you can get a 21.5' FHD IPS monitor. Which 22 monitor do you have? Make sure that the resolution in display settings is 1920x1080. You can adjust ClearType in Windows to make fonts better.
