How about the VU 40"? Its exactly 50k. I got it recently, the quality with samsungs and sonys kept next to it was at par. Plus its HDMI ready and you can directly plug in USB drives to it and watch stuff.

The q6600 is about 9.7-10k. Any particular reason you going for the MSI p45-8D? Are you going to use DDR3s? At what price are you getting that? It has a PCI-E x16, so your HD4850 should work just fine.
