Actually these netbooks are not altogether powerless. A friend was running Windows Vista on his (almost 3 months now) as he was unable to get either XP or 7.

Just check if any came with your monitor? On ebay check for a HDMI cable (I think you would need HDMI male cable) and then look for a correspoding DVI converter (female to male / male to female).

The phone is marginally faster after the 2.2 upgrade. But I guess a lag fix would still be required.

Hey, was trying to update Froyo with Kies but got an error and had to reboot the phone in recovery mode to get it working again. Now when I try firmware upgrade, Kies shows that no update is available. Any ideas on how to go about upgrading?

How do you intend to carry the command based tool?

I just took apart my HD 4850 and cleaned it (as much as I could). There was a lot of dust on the heat sink near the fan and after cleaning got a 10 degrees (Centigrade) reduction in temperature of the GPU. :) Then put the thing back and have been using it since this morning, haven't faced any...
