Just a suggestion OP can save some money and get good VRM's and 2x m2 slots by buying Asrock b650m-hdv-m2 (not m2+) for around 12k which too can handle higher end processors. Also gigabyte has reportedly more cases of coil whine on their mobos if noise is an issue too.

Only go for the 8000 series cpu if you plan on not buying a gpu. The only good thing they have is integrated graphics. Gpu heaven seems legit from online reviews but their cards are likely to have been mined on. Use this link for mobo comparison...

Better go with AM5 for better future upgradability. Also Ryzen 5 7600 can handle high end cards without bottlenecking themat 1440p. Get a b650m mobo along with 16 gb ddr5 ram. These all will cost less than 40k.
