According to most reviews especially |joker| and Mark, M1 and M2 have similar SQ. Mids are the same, low bass quantity, bass extension slightly better in M2 and M2 has more sparkle in highs. M2 has narrower soundstage compared to M1. And M1 might play better with amps as it has higher impedance...

There are many books by oraclepress published by TMH in India. You could opt for one of them. Beginning sql, Beginning oracle 10g and oracle 10g complete reference are pretty good.

Clieos suggests treble isn't as good as RE0 but better than RE1. I think excellent lows and sweet vocals with good treble is what it's about. I think Brendon has to start saving for it. :) Brendon, you need to good soundstage too, right? :(

If you have already bought S4 and are happy with it, you shouldn't bother about other IEMs. Otherwise you would end up the way some of us here did. :P
