TO Get Dolby Atmos out of PC you need 1.PC with nvdia gpu that can bitstream dolby atmos or nvidia shield or any device that can bitstream atmos audio 2. an AV receiver that can decode Dolby atmos 3.two over head speakers (basic config for atmos) along with 5.1 speaker
