why dont you consider Samsung Galaxy S2 Plus... even though it has old specs, it has good build and S-Amoled(480x800) screen (same resolution as L720) which is not bad.... remember seeing it for ~16k on ebay deals of the week some days earlier.

seen some htc rezounds for ~11k on olx, can anyone confirm if it can be used for call and data on tata ruim...? or can it be programmed with tata..with voice and data working..?

what about rezound,evo 4G, SG2 Epic 4G.....? and are you sure that DROID RAZR doesn't support data.....? Checked this online RAZR XT912 doesn't support data, only voice and text.... so now left with HTC Rezound, Razr M......which are world phones i guess...

if price is not a factor you can check HTC Desire VC, its around 18.5k....
