since its froyo it will support tethering, u just need to install software from android market called easytether. u can check 3g connectivity by turning your 2g sim into 3g, check mtnl jadoo webpage for more.

as u in chennai , is that true about capped @ 1 mbps with 10 or 15 GB / month . as it's said on some forums . even some say micro sim should work on data card even without DIY adopter . any 1 have ans for such ?

just ask that guy can you give me in written "no FUP & after certain no 2G speed " on letter head of Airtel . if he says yes , then ask him for demo , put some heavy 15 GB + download on trial just right before him & booom .

yeah thats true , I have similar things ,but sometime giving re-boot or some time period to both machine & modem , it works like fine :S almost all people's 6th month UL is going to dry up nearby & stupid BSNL still not showing any signs for re launch of such UL...
