It should work. It's best to buy RAM which is on the motherboard's QVL (Qualified Vendor List), but the motherboard manufacturer cannot possibly test every available RAM model. But why this particular RAM model, if I may ask? There are many other types with similar specs in the same price range.

As I said, the reviews are at Tom's Hardware. They push the workload until the CPU temp reaches the maximum ratings and keep it there for some time, measuring the power dissipated. The 277/247W results are with Cinebench. I said "for many users". Not everyone pushes their CPUs to the limit.
