In that case my tablet net connection would be dependent on my laptop which is not what I want. I am looking to connect my tablet to the net only using my netgear and bsnl router.

Coz I have to dial my bsnl username and password before I can access the net on my desktop and laptop. So in order to access the net on my tablet thru wifi how do I dial my bsnl connection with username and pass ?

Yeah Spice Stellar Pad mi 1010 is very good ...only disadvantage is it lacks a sim slot...perfect otherwise !!!

Just wanna ask you...are you able to connect a pen drive to the Tab 2 with the USB OTG Cable ? Coz when I asked a salesman at my local store he said its not possible to connect pen drive.

That's my original choice too....right now I am stuck between Galaxy Tab 2 and the recently lauinched Spice Stellar Pad Mi1010. Waiting for some favourable reviews for the Stellar Pad and I might go for it !

I did consider Nexus 10 actively but then I found that it doesn't have sim slot and memory card slot so dropped it. Right now I am looking at the new Spice Stellar Pad Mi 1010....seems to have nice specs with good screen 1280X800...waiting for more reviews and user recomendations for the same.
