increase or decrease? the rams run a lot slower without dual channel, it will nullify the advantage of more ram becuz of the reduced speed. you may only see some difference in apps tht use more than 2gb ram cuz windows wont have to use 2 much of pagefiles. other than that there wont be much...

yup from the screenshot it seems like the problem is becuz of your network card. are the drivers installed correctly? have you installed any network softwares on your pc? .. it may be causing the error.

ok firstly, the difference between a 2140 and a 2160 is neglegible when u come to overclocking.. so it better to pik up the lower priced chip with the ip35 board and be sure to pick up some insane cooling... no point to overclock on stock coolers... it wont give good results at all cuz intel...
