You gotta get a lawyer. AFAIK a tech forum ain't gonna give you pointers on how to register a Company. You gotta make a proper application to Registrar of Companies and fulfill the requirements of the Companies Act.

From what I know, you should not keep a laptop always on mains. For best battery life, use the laptop on battery while it has charge. When the battery is depleted, put it on mains till the battery is charged. Then use it on battery again ... as in, keep using battery and AC mains in a cycle...
