Go for a 19" dell E1909w... It will have a decent resolution and if u plan to add a gfx card to your rig(as mentioned in the signature) it will be quite decent too... Lg has a good monitor with 1440x900 resolution.. but the stand sucks big time.. Dunno about samsung models.. though.. BTW...
