Performance wise the GTX 660 is better than 7850. If u really wanna spend Rs 14000, Go for GTX 660. But I would recommend U to go for the 7850 1Gb. I bought one yesterday for RS. 8500. Considering the price point, I think u should go for MSI 7850 1GB. There is not much difference in performance...

Here is the contact no SMC Nehru place : 011-46516446. The 2 Gb version is priced @ Rs. 14000 but the MSI7850 1GB version for Rs. 8500. Even I was shocked to hear such a low price. Call them & Ask for it urself..;)

Go for AMD 7850. The power consumption is lesser than the GTX 660. It is also a lot cheaper than the 660. I bought MSI 1gb version yesterday for Rs.8500:D @ SMC.
