The patches are available for the ahem version too. Again, I am not promoting the ahem version but switching to the legit version inbetween your progress just doesn't make any sense.

Why are you guys switching anyways? :S Does the legit version provide anything over the ahem version? I mean there is no multiplayer, so you might as well continue with the ahem version. I am not saying, do not but legit copies, I am just saying there is no point in switching to it in the middle...

I have not read "The Hobbit". Is it more epic in scale than LOTR? Obviously, the movie would make it out to be but does the content of the book make it feel more epic? Peter Jackson is splitting the Hobbit into a 2 part movie so it does feel like it has enough content to turn it into an epic saga.
