Mine lasts for a day. Easily. Over 3g with whatsapp and one Gmail account. So many phone calls, so much whatsapp and a lot of Web browsing over 3g. Still lasts a whole day. That was with darkys rom. Naturally lasts for longer on Ics. Waiting for a fully working version to rate battery life.

I'm on 4.0.3. Only phone calls don't work. Lol Samsung focus automatically became my primary phone.

I have been using it since last night. Can't comment on much but till now, it's ROCk stable. With 2 push email accounts, Sync, whatsapp, AND wifi continuously on since last night, the phone battery level is stlil on 95%. I AM AMAZED!

Quite heavy usage. With 3g always on, sync and two ims always on. Abyss have slightly better battery but speed on speedmod is just astounding and the phone is super smooth and fluid.

I have been using Darky With speedmod. Everything except for battery life if stellar. Battery lasts for 22 hours

We have had a Samsung galaxy Ace in the family and I seriously don't understand the fuss about it. Average screen, laggy processor and extremely finicky battery life. Go for the Galaxy Y if desperate for an Android device. Don't recommend this to anyone!
