I did see much difference in gen 3 to gen 4 nvme drives! Other than 2-3 sec in game loading no difference! We need higher capacity not crazy speed which we cannot realise.

got the K0801WS switch. Its surprisingly small for a 8+1 port switch and runs warm! running from yesterday night, speeds are good and no drops. didn't try the sfp port yet. overall good deal!

This is Dec2021 purchased 3070 Twin OC. Got the RMA done today(16MAY2024) since the earlier one was heating up. New card seems to be stable at 74-75 as shown in the screenshot below. This carries warranty until Dec2026 so still 2.5 years of warranty left. RMA slip also attached.

interested in one. prefer non-fan model, usually fan models have 40mm and they are noisy!

i'm currently using this as my dumb storage server. Plex and other apps on other head with remote mount. Only issue is its limited to 1gbps and the 2.5gbe usb c adapters are not working with it. They do load but the moment load comes in it gets stuck and unresponsive. Only way is to hard reboot.

CRC errors happen due to bad sata cable, try changing the cable and see if the count increases.
