    Awesome Game Soundtracks

Hitman Contracts - Man, what a soundtrack. Especially the menu music and the club mission theme. (The best part starts from 1:54) Max Payne 2 is just a classic track. The Skyrim track is also an epic, just because of all my memories playing it!

    Your Gaming Backlog/Progress Report!

I am about to start V Rising. Always loved role playng vampire games - modded the heck out of Skyrim back in the day with that Better Vampires mod. Happy to hear if you have any recent vampire games. Excited for the new Bloodlines game too.

90K+ ASUS Laptops 2023 Specs Comparison

Right - for some models, the worst SKU you can get is with a 4050. For others, it goes down to the new 3050. By worst, I am not trying to say the model is not a good performer :) Just what the lowest end config is - chip aside, screen and CPU is where they are saving money on some of the lowest...

90K+ ASUS Laptops 2023 Specs Comparison

The displays used this year are also interesting. They have a bunch of them, and some markets like India might get the short end of the stick, so we gotta be careful when choosing variants: Mini LED, 1600p, 1024 zones, 1100 Nits, 240Hz - Top Top tier used in Zephyrus Duo and Scar 16 Mini LED...

90K+ ASUS Laptops 2023 Specs Comparison

What do you mean, bro? Can you not dual boot in any Windows laptop? There are distros and such with working Nvidia drivers? Sorry, not too aware of further specifics. Also, a few TUF series models come with no pre-installed OS if you want to save some money.

90K+ ASUS Laptops 2023 Specs Comparison

There is the TUF A16 (Columns AB and AC). Seems like a nice laptop. 16:10 QHD+ screen, 120W 7700S and only 2.2kgs. But unfortunately only offers a 720p Webcam and IPS. If it had a Mini LED - that would have been an option for me. I really want a screen upgrade on my next laptop.

90K+ ASUS Laptops 2023 Specs Comparison

I was keenly following Asus laptops in 2022 and was excited to hear of their refreshed lineup, so I jotted them down on docs so I can compare easily. Every model has a 'Best' and a 'Worst' SKU because some markets get stuck with the poorer cousin even when reviewers advertise the best...

90K+ Is it worth buying an Asus laptop (Flow X16) from outside India (US)?

Thanks. The email to/from Asus makes sense. I was hoping to also hear from people with experience buying Asus internationally because I read on reddit sometimes it is not honoured even if the product mentions it has an international warranty.

90K+ Is it worth buying an Asus laptop (Flow X16) from outside India (US)?

My primary requirement is a 16:10 slim and relatively light laptop which can game and also has good battery life (8h+). Hence looking at Ryzen options. For context, I have a desktop replacement I am looking to upgrade from (It has served me well with an i7 6700 desktop processor and a GTX 1060)...

Windows Is Windows 11 stable now?

I am using Windows 11 and I love it. No bugs so far. It is quite smooth, and I LOVE the UI. I am a sucker for slick UI elements, and the UI on this makes a lot more sense than Windows 10. I am using it on a 4 year old i5 6300U too, which is not even listed as compatible, lol.

    What's your 3-2-1 backup strategy?

I think cloud for all your non 'personal' photos - things you wouldn't be embarrassed if it gets hacked eventually. Get a fingerprint enabled SSD for very personal stuff maybe - or just encrypt a drive. Good question though - I haven't enough insurance now that I think about it.

    The "Everyday" show-off thread !

I got this Anker 100W GaN charger from a friend who visited the US. It was mostly future proofing for my next gaming laptop, but it is already a life changer. I charge my Dell work laptop, home laptop and Samsung phone (Super fast charging) with it already. Amazing little thing. Has two USB C...
