    I don't see the need to partition the external drive. Assuming that you are using Windows XP and above, you could format the drive into NTFS system. This will give you large file support that the FAT32 system wouldn't.

    Not really able to see the attachment with the log. Nevertheless, I'm sure you would have verified it, but just wanted to check if the drive is running in UDMA mode. The boot time and performance can suddenly drop if the drive somehow shifts to PIO mode.

    Crysis is a PC only game that assumed and used very high processing for its rendering. In my experience and opinion, the game could have been made a little easier on graphic cards. Nevertheless, as mentioned earlier on this thread, I don't think its worth crossfiring for just crysis.
