    I have witnessed this model in a TV showroom Sony KDL-47W850 3D LED TV which had very smooth video playback as compared to other tv. You'll feel like staying there and watching demos being played all day on that smooth play tv. Go and have a look at it if its within your budget.

    GTX 650 is bit better but not my long shot. If you'd like to buy used cards, i could point you to some good deals which are much better than HD 7750 & GTX 650 and best suited for 720p res. Yes, a good psu suggested by TG is recommended.

    What's ur Resolution of monitor ? If its 720p and 16:9 aspect ratio then any gpu with 1gb ram will suffice ur needs. You should look at GTX 650 Ti or HD 7770 within 10k price.
