I got mine from a local vendor for Rs 15.. he cut the screen guard's edges to fit it perfectly So far no complaints from it (yet).. although its a bit scratch friendly..i can always get a new one since its only rs 15

You can wait till Micromax releases A85.. It looks solid with Nvidia tegra 2 and awsome specs.. rumoured pricing around 15-18K :S

DDR2 RAMS (the older ones) are actually costlier than new DDR3 RAMS... it is because of the cost of manufacturing of DDR3 is less and also DDR2s and no longer produced.. I think this is what u might have mistaken for 2nd hand ram being as costly as new ones 1GB DDR2 costs around Rs.1000-1200...

I managed to reverse USB tether using ubuntu 11.04.. Here's how btw you can even do it if ur in windows, however there arent any working drivers for adb... so i used virtual box to emulate ubuntu :P
