Chill buddy. The product cannot have same serial number for different variants. It might be a typing mistake. As long as the serial number in your bill matches the one in your gpu you need not worry.

00 refers to dead cpu or motherboard. Most probably cpu. Let the others confirm it.

Did you check resetting your mobo bios and if that doesn't work just remove the CMOS battery for 10 minutes and checked it ? I shared just what I know. Let me know if it works.

Did you check/swap the flash drive which you used to setup windows ?. Just try changing the flash drive and also try using it on a different usb port to install windows.

Sound card is a legacy pci sound card and I don't think it will occupy even a single lane as it is not pci express correct me if I am wrong. Even assuming it uses lanes it can't use more than 1 lane.

Motherboard has the latest update. Moreover if the lanes are already exhausted, why would two sata ports grey out when the drive is plugged in ?. So I doubt if its lane exhaustion.
