This has turned into a pretty big challenge. I’ve tried multiple methods and even posted on the MS Forums (only to get unhelpful replies from MSCPs), but I still can’t delete contacts or email addresses from microsoft.com / hotmail.com.
Can someone who actively uses Hotmail try this out and confirm if it works for you? Here’s what happens on my end:

I delete an email address or contact (it even shows as deleted).

I close Outlook or sign out from Hotmail in the browser.

When I return and try composing a new email, that same deleted address shows up again in the suggestions.
Has anyone else faced this issue? If yes, please share how you managed to fix it.
