The cards in General are Average, you get what you pay for. They usually dont have issues like any other brands. However, the Customer Service is subpar. People have faced lots of issues claiming their RMA. Would suggest you go for MSI or Zotac if you want the best Service. Gigabyte used to be good, but people have been complaining a lot lately.

Stronger regional support from ASUS/MSI/Gigabyte might be worth the usual price premium.
The majority of RMA nightmares you must have heard were due to them denying warranty for RTX 20 and 30 series card during/and just after the crypto mining peek. Since then I’m sure they have eased their process but I still wouldn’t go with a Galax card. If they can deny RMA for whatever BS reason why would I buy a new one from them knowing they can pull the same stunt again, might as well buy used one and get more bang-for-buck since they are the cheapest cards in the used market. Their cards are also not that great quality wise, I would rate them average to below average.
Also have you seen how the cards look? They have the most ugly 3D printed-like shrouds with transparent fans and RGB glowing through the fans. It’s like they are trying to hustle every penny they can from their customers.
