TCL? TCL says Wall Mount is chargeable.
The TV is fab. TCL 55Q6C.
I also had to pay it for the same TV 65inch version.
@mostria for me the wait for installation was almost 5-6 days.. and even then we had to pursure the TCL support through toll free number to get someone to visit us and install it.
it seems the service is quite bad, next time its either LG/Samsung/Sony for me.. no matter how expensive or worse they might be.
I’ve bought 2-3 chinese TV’s now and ive never experienced good service.
However the TV itself is quiet decent.. i have OLED TV’s aswell and this TV is about 60-70% of the Oled picture quality i have on my samsung and lg oled’s.

The overall experience was great, I first went to my local Croma in Delhi where this unit (55C6K) was out of stock so I later went to Reliance Digital and bought it.
They had the Unit in store but I went for delivery which they did 1 day after and the TLC guy came to do the final installation, funnily enough the wall mount was to be delivered from the store side which they did after my TV was installed although I don’t need it so I gave it away to a friend.
As for the TV, I keep it in Filmmaker mode with few tweaks and I am fully satisfied for the amount I paid. Note that this is installed in an Office so it’s not used as a regular TV.
the colours good enough, although after the latest update I see a little lag thatI hope gets fixed soon.
The service and the entire purchase experience was great for me. The TCL guy came next day after the TV was delivered by Amazon, exactly as per the appointment. All went well, also love the TV!
Would love to hear some feedback about the TVs after a few months. Looking to get it during this sale.

I am very satisfied with my purchase.
Even though the TV is used rarely, the picture quality is excellent and exceeded my expectations. It supports all video formats.
I cannot comment on the speaker quality as I have a soundbar connected to it.

@prime i know you did quite a bit of research on this so would love to hear thoughts from you and others as well.
Hi. I didn’t consider Sony (and other premium brands) because this is not my primary TV and it is rarely used. I considered only TCL, Xiaomi, Hisense, etc.
I am happy with my TCL TV and have absolutely no regerets.
I guess I need to overlook my TCL brand bias and just go with it

Sorry last question - is sports an issue on that TV? I heard fast moving objects are an issue. Blurred, shadows etc
Also any one of you have a bit of cloudiness in the image quality in the bottom left and right corners? Saw this one reddit.
I see it is no worse than a Samsung TV (2023) I have.
I watch it through Apps and sports (and fast moving objects videos) are better with traditional DTH.
But please wait for other experienced TE members’ comments.
