I am looking for someone to lend a spare PSU or their psu just to check if i have a faulty psu , if thats not the case i would need to purchase some other component.
looking for 650 w non modular good brand company to test if my psu is faulty quickly.

I am not sure how accurately can we tell its a psu issue though so a pc which is running well is a simple indicator specially for nontech folks like me. I already wasted a lot of time on troubleshooting
These are pretty unreliable. Digital ones are much better or if you have a multimeter you can check stability of these voltage with a pinout diagram

Honestly i am a tech expert in such places so i would want visually know. Its quick to get a known working psu to test and move on to next possible suspect.
What if your system / Supply is the issue and it fries the testing PSU ?
