There was a discussion on a different thread about getting 100% achievements in games and I’m curious - how many games have you guys 100%-ed? Could be on PC or console, Steam or Epic.
My List -
The Darkside Detective
The Darkside Detective: A Fumble in the Dark
Dead Take
Dracula: Love Kills
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition
My Time at Portia
Ravenous Devils
Sherlock Holmes and the Hound of the Baskervilles
Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments
Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter
Achievements are the single worst piece of “innovation“ in videogames, they were initially invented to hook and bind a user to a platform.
A gamer was more inclined to stick to a platform where they have “invested“ a lot of time and money unlocking pointless stuff.
That being said I do end up chasing some towards completion a lot of times lol especially it’s not deviating too much or dragging the game out just for the sake of it.
As a student when the platform like steam was not a feasibility since 2005 … I Invested lot of time and human resource on so many games all nearing 100% completion with not keeping track of which game I achieved 100%… even now when I was able to source original games certain counts of games are 100% achievement… alot of them also reached 95%+ completion tag… when I am not getting time for such type of serious game play… so not trying or thinking about completing them to 100%…
