Already on 2nd one , dad and my diet is almost same , excepts he occasionally eats Boiled Black chana/ sometimes with tadka like salt, onion, chilli. And the bad habit is he drinks a lot, sometimes 2-3 times a day for week.
Cant compare with RO. I had used a UV water purifier (which also had two additional inline filters) before, but my hair still fell when I moved here. The purifier was fed with BMC water. I tested the BMC water based at a lab and the results were perfect, but still, suing the filter somehow fixed my problem. A sample of one (family) isn’t statistically significant though.
No disagreements on paper, but the government mandated tests that I could find easily do exclude many elements, including heavy metals. I tried the filter out, and since it somehow worked, I didn’t have to test for heavy metals.
