10 inch tablet for INR 15000

Hi,

I am looking to buy a tablet for my cousin for online classes. My budget is 15,000.

Specs:
1. Size: 10 inch
2. Brand: Android (9 or above)
3. Desirable features: Decent front camera and microphone. Decent battery life. Decent life (3-4 years)
4. Brand preference: No iBall/Micromax. Otherwise I am open to all options.

I'm using the Huawei medipad 10 m5 lite, and love it. Very good for media consumption. Good screen, awesome speakers and great battery life. The stylus experience is media core though. Rest all a solid 10/10!

Not seeking tablet but does this one have L1 DRM? Otherwise, Netflix, Hotstar etc won't play in HD/Full HD.

I don't stream HD data but as per forums no you can't. But HD content on it looks amazing. Downloaded movies and you tube too. For someone specific sadly no L1 DRM

Wish apple started a sale again, I remember a year or so back people got a new one for around 15k, I should have got one.
Still using a ipad 4 .
Was waiting for new nvidia shield but thanks to nintendo its not happening.
 
Decided to get a low cost laptop instead. I guess for a student that will be equally useful. Hard to find good tablets online right now. Even the laptop was 4K more than it was 6 months ago. I guess lots of people buying laptops and tablets these days. No one is buying cars/bikes ...
