Same here i would give 2k extra than buying from here.
 
The worst thing is they are not revealing if they gonna cancel the order or not and with that thing hanging in between I can't even buy from some other source. Really this is frustrating as hell.
 
is there any senior guy to escalate to ? ... we are talking to low level CC flunkies who have no control or voice themselves and can only say sorry sorry

so there is no ways things will improve ?
 
@Dex@ter @techpal Call them and ask the person on phone to connect you with their Floor Manager/Incharge. Then tell him your issue. Ask him ngpay's higher official's number or email id.
This thing has worked for me in 3-4 cases.Try this.

I called them today and still they don't have any update. No idea about if the phone has been dispatched or not. I said them again to cancel the order of which they were unsure as well. The experience has been pathetic.

EDIT: Just after I typed in the above message, I got a holler from the mailman and yipee....there is my Blue NOTE. :D Will remain busy today in updating the device. Over and out. :D

I ordered another one from ebay for 30800. Will be getting free gift under summer promotion . Gift itself will b around 3-4k worth so pretty good deal.

You must be talking about Free Flip Cover & Sennheiser Headphone deal, right? But that deal holds true for any Note holder. Even the one purchasing from ngpay can get it by entering the details on samsung india website (before 31st May). Pardon me if what i'm telling is obvious to you. But then, why didn't you order your second note too through ngpay?

By the way, the blue note which I ordered for my Dad was delivered to him yesterday :)
So it seems notes are in showers.

Ya alongside Free Flip Cover & Sennheiser Headphone there is also SUMMER PROMOTION going on in ebay. So in 30000-49999 bracket we can choose any one product from micromax mobile, olympus camera or 64 GB transcend pen drive as a free gift.
