I am out of luck. The NOTE that I got, its IMEI code was already used for the offer. Have sent the invoice to the samsung guys stating that I didn't avail the offer. Screwed up the deal for me :(

Oh no. Didnt u contact Ngpay?
Samsung should do something regarding this, what the use of this scheme when geniune buyer wont be able to redeem the offer.
Can u tell me mail id of samsung where u sent ur invoice? Incase i also need this.:(

^ you should submit the bill you got from Sangeetha Mobiles which also contains the IMEI of the phone.

Are you sure. In that case I will just order SGS3. It will come at less than 36k. Didnt receive message from them about extension. Have messaged them on Twitter. Will wait for confirmation before ordering as there is no way to confirm through app before making transaction :P
 
Me too will order from them as soon as i am able to sell my iPhone. @smnrock - Which are the freebies that buytheprice are offering and how come is the price difference only 1k. Is there some coupon available for buytheprice as well.

@rdst_1 today morning when i saw BTP, they mentioned "Skullcandy Low Rider Sc Headphones worth Rs.2149/-" and "Buytheprice vouchers worth Rs.1000/-" as freebies and using ICICI coupon we can get it for 37K.. now they removed the freebies :(

Then i guess ngpay is the best offer around right now. @Shripad - when you open the ngpay app it still shows that the 10% offer is still available. Last time when they had ended the offer, the app had stopped showing any indication of the offer, but this is still showing up.

YEah, saw their facebook reply as well. I have saved it in case I need to argue with their customer care in case they pull it :P
Selling my One X and jumping on SGS3. To hell with freebies. I dont need any of them.
 
I checked and found that bastids from Sangeetha mobile have already availed that offer. Checked with Samsung and they said they can't do anything. I am screwed.

Call Sangeetha Mobile and screw them. If that doesnt satisfy you, call ngpay and do the same and Ask for a partial refund..
