And yes, white looks more sleek and elite than the blue one. Every other gadget is blue/black. :)
 
Hi Guage. Congratulations. I though I still awaiting the call wherein they would ask me to change from blue to white. Anyhow, please also update us when you get the freebies from Samsung post providing them the IMEI number.

Nope. Called them at around 11am today. And again they were not aware of anything.

Just talked to them and they are telling that they'll be sending me the Blue one and that too within their stipulated 7-10 business days. I think I can wait till then :P

Also they told that my refund has been processed and I can see it in my credit card statement after a couple of days.

Now lets see when (if ??) I get the blue NOTE.

I m trying their ph no since morning but not connecting. U called at their Toll Free no 1800-2-666-555?
 
i called the CC and their reply was we will update you in 2 days ... i gave then a piece of my mind ... but they still dont have an answer

this is really one of my worst experience ... never again will i buy from ngpay..... not worth the headache to save a thousand bucks
