Storage Solutions 2nd hard disk causing slow boot

after research i find out another way better than format hdd is going to System protection - choose your hdd , click on Configure.

there is a last line " Delete all restore points for this drive "

Click on Delete

and it will fix that.

That drive was my secondary storage drive not a system drive. I m not using it anymore though. Thanks for the advice.
