News 4 Russian modders made a better GTA: Vice City remaster than Rockstar themselves

For anyone wanting to download the game just search 'cs rin ru' forum on google and go to the first link that shows up. The site has the game under the standalones sub thread under the main forum. You do need to sign up on the forum though.
