Bought Seasonic S12 II 520W model today. This model has 5 year warranty.
Please brief about connecting PSU to present system. I have no previous experience with connecting new PSU :D although I successfully connected new sata drive and dvd writer.

I have a Asus P5GC-MX/1333 mobo and C2D E4600 processor and 1 Sata hard drive and 1 Asus sata DVD Writer. I have 2 extra fans(cheap models) in the system one placed below the Heatsink of XFX Nvidia 7300GT x 16 Pci-Express slot and One Fan below Sata Hard disk. the fans are noisy although it cools GPU and Hard drive fine.
Please share any point while removing old PSU and connecting new PSU.

Thanks for all the Help.

The Dealer is a very cordial guy. however, I hope Seasonic Service also is fine with them.

Thanks for that utube video.

BTW, I checked that Seasonic Box does not have Warranty Card. Is this how they sell? The 2 Boxes they showed does not have warranty Card. He is saying Invoice/serial number is enough for Warranty Claim.

True, no PC peripheral / component has a warranty card on it, the bundled manual / quick starter guide generally has a single page describing how to avail warranty OR replace a faulty SMPS.

There will be a do not disturb sticker and the S/N on the SMPS as well as the box, make sure these match. This will be enough in dire times to press for a RMA / replacement.

Hope this helps, Cheers!!

Thank You ALPHA17. BTW, You are really helpful in both the threads I started(SSD). It says, I need to spread more reputation when I tried to rep You! ;) Thanks Bro!
