Very very nice condition, but don't feel bad. I laughed my ass off when I read that 8.8 on 10 figure. :-)
How exactly does one arrive at such a decisive decimal figure??
 
They are not physical buttons. Galaxy Nexus doesn't have any. Custom ROMs allow one to manipulate these buttons according to one's own whims and fancies. That's the beauty of Android!

Haha, yea...I usually rate a set 9/10 if its opened and used and this is almost there but for the rear clip problem.Don't think that's worth a 0.5 knock off from the 9 points, but maybe 0.2 at max? ROFLMAO :D :D :D

Battery life is a day and a half with wifi and a day with 3g full time ON.Lower than Galaxy Note but much,much better than iPhone 4S and HTC Senation XE.

Also, regarding the 4 buttons,dunno to be honest....i just noticed when u posted, that the online screenshots have only 3 touch buttons, this has an extra Search key. This is the GT-I9250 model and Made in Korea, thats all I know.
