Graphic Cards 512 Mb x800xl better than 6800U SLI?

Tom's Hardware's guide has similar results too in thier new Summer Benchmarks. The results indicate that at low resoultions like 1024x768, etc the SLIed cards perform signifcantly slower than single cards, and u can see ATI X800 series cards rule the top there.
Only at higher resolutions of 1600x1200 and high levels of anisotropy and antialiasing, the SLIed cards perform better.
 
First of all guys, as a self respecting Hardware forum, please do not quote THG, they are one of the most biased hardware sites a lil better then inquirer if you say so.

@undertaker as I mentioned, not even the die hard FANATIC will believe that BS inquirer has posted. And also true future games will require more frame buffer to store those huge textures, but my point was as of now only HL2 benefits. Doom 3 will all their hoopla does not show any improvement with 512mb cards, as Beyond3d proved.
