Guys,
One of my friends back @ the hostel has an ASUS motherboard;
For some reason he did something yest nite and then called me up to his room n then I found out tat he's damaged a pin on the mobo..
Just one of the pins and it looks very odd from the usual pattern;
I tried my best and then corrected it using the tip of the pin; At least I feel, I've done the right thing.
But he doesn't want to put back the processor and then end up frying it up.
Did anyone hav any problems like these before??
Can the board be RMA'd???
Thing is its an ASUS.. So Rashi..
Pl help guys..
