Well a friend tipped me that dont fight with them on MNP, instead pressure them to release you smoothly due to network related issues.
Which I did, then I received a call from Loop. saying that they have cleared my MNP request and yesterday I received an SMS that my MNP Request was rejected due to "Contractual obligations". On inquiring found out the reason that I have not submitted my documents. Which I had done it again on monday morning, then they say it takes normally 72 hours to get updated.
72 hours are already up, now they are saying to wait for a day and if still not updated then visit the gallery where i had submitted the documents and enquire there.
It is not the question for waiting a day extra but as it is i am loosing business due to phone not reachable, but again and again i am made to go to the gallery and waste time.
That too for no fault of mine, cuz 2 years back I clearly remember that when i converted from postpaid to prepaid, on my first visit i was sent back due to no documents, hence I had to visit the gallery again with the relevant documents and fill the prepaid connection form along with the balance payment for my bill.
lame excuse !!
