looking for a laptop around Rs.22,000 (+ - 1000 maybe)

first and foremost :

weight, it should be as light as possible :D

should have good processor, 2nd Gen and above.

4GB ram preferred.

should not be older than 1 year.

should give at least 5 hours battery backup ..

screen size doesn't matter.

please keep in mind the current market price of the product while quoting your offers :)

Uses : music,movies, heavy coding .. normal usage.. carrying around.. :)

and if u think a new laptop is good in this price range please do suggest it :)
