a good recovery software

Hi ,
i accidently did a [ Shift + del ] to a folder and now want to recover that entire folder.
please suggest a good software and the steps to go ahead with this.

I have used Restoration in the past Restoration Freeware download and review - file undelete utility from SnapFiles

Its light and free and works well.

First of all, stop using the partition in which the folder was present.

Then use any recovery software.

I use GetDataBack and would recommend it.

Facing similar problem when power went off during a data copy. Now windows says One Logical Drive is not Formetted - But rest of partitions are working fine. Need to recover all data.

Tried Getdataback V 4.5 (non purchased). It finds all folders but when i try to recover it , it pops error "... divided by zero" and nothing happens.

What to do?
