First check the CFW it runs on, if it is 3.55 it'll be good for modding else you'll have to wait for mod to come.

And yes, 120gb PS3 for 10k ??

I cannot say more about E3 Flasher. It is a hardware thing. Please google it. E3 Flasher is not available in India AFAIK so I would say do not go for the Console if its not 3.55. Get a console with 3.55 to enjoy Ahem games.

Why are you asking the same question again n again? Plus its on 2.85 right? Buy it. It will be jailbroken easily, you'll be able to play downloaded games. Its a very good deal. BUY IT! This is what all the members will suggest or say. Now seriously don't ask again n again. Once you buy it, members here will help you to install OFW3.55 then CFW3.55. Go ahead and buy it. Welcome.
