Laptops Acer 4740/5740 or Dell Inspiron14"??

Help me choose the the correct one.
I need good quality+service.
My budget is upto 34k
I sorted out these three
1.Acer Aspire 4740(33k)
2.Acer Aspire 5740(31K)
3.New Dell Inspiron 14 (34k)

I have a confusion here.
i found 4740 being costly despite being smaller than 5740.
need some clarity on it.
also let me know if i can get better price than i quoted.
I prefer without Windows OS.

I need to buy by tomorrow.
so help me quick.

^^ the price u mentioned is not the final price and also the price is for i3 model and not i5.

and in acer also u are getting i3 only afaik at that price

hmm ok then u should either think of acer 5740 or if u want for gaming then you should think of the dell lappy of which the link i have provided in my above post

15" looks bulkier and not that easy for a person who want to carry.
14" is the decent size.
So lets make a IC and contact a dealer.
