Nitro series of Monitors does support downscaling of PS5, but i don’t own PS so cannot confirm it.

Acer forums is your place if you want confirm the info.
 
May I ask where the monitor was shipped.
And some details of packaging will help fellow members understand how to ship such delicate packages .


Requesting mods to allow this thread for shippers response .

Monitor travelled from J&K to west bengal.

It was an headache, but with care and time can be done, you need a good quality styrofoam dense, the one we get with heavy duty appliances, to cover the screen the most delicate part plus you need to reinforce the box from all sides again with styrofoam inside and outside 2 layers and 5-6 mtrs of bubblewrap.

getting heavy duty styrofoam can be hard, you can use the regular foam we get in shops but you will need to use 3x amount to protect your item.

oh forgot to ask one very important thing- courier? cost?(if you okay with sharing that otherwise no issues) just courier will do too.
